Know Brainer Foods, Lafayette, Colo., collaborated with the Nestlé USA, Glendale, Calif., through the Terra Food + Agtech Accelerator program, to launch what is said to be the first-to-market butter creamers boosted with collagen in a multi-serve format.

Ketogenic creamers are made with MCT oil and organic grass-fed butter, and are boosted with ghee and collagen.

They come in Grass-fed milk + cream base (full dairy) and Almond + coconut milk base (casein and lactose-free) versions in Hazelnut, French Vanilla, Vanilla Bean, Mocha Original and Casein & Lactose Free Hazelnut, Vanilla Bean and Mocha flavors.

“We are not changing any habits -- we are making habits healthier and more efficient,” says Shari Leidich, founder of Know Brainer Foods.

Ketogenic creamers are sold refrigerated in 16-ounce multi-serve packages at Whole Foods Markets, Amazon, Natural Grocers, Hy-Vee, Lucky’s, Alfalfa’s, Vitamin Shoppe, Wegman’s and Earthfare.
