Open Blue, Panama City,  Panama, introduced a new range of premium frozen Cobia products for both foodservice and retail applications.

Processed at source, this natural, “ocean to table” range includes Cobia Fillets, Loins and IVP fixed-weight Cobia portions at 100 grams and 130 grams.
