Savencia Fromage & Dairy, a France-based global specialty cheese manufacturer, acquired Rogue Creamery, New Holland, Pa.

Rogue Creamery, an artisan cheesemaker specializing in blue cheese, will continue to operate as a separate public benefit corporation, with David Gremmels remaining as president.
