Berlin Packaging, Chicago, opened a new facility in Lockport, Ill., for Freund Container & Supply, a Lisle, Ill.-based division focused on convenience quantities of packaging and industrial supplies.

The state-of-the-art, newly-constructed 305,000-square-foot warehouse is located near I-80, I-55 and other major Midwest transportation hubs, and expands total space available for the division.

Already with more than 10,000 in-stock items, the additional square footage allows Freund to expand its product offering to serve additional market segments and fulfill even more orders in an efficient manner.
