JDM Technology Group, Canada, acquired MicroMain Corp., Austin, Texas.

This acquisition strengthens JDM Technology Group with a broader offering of maintenance management software solutions for its global customer base.

MicroMain will continue to operate as a separate company with its existing staff out of its Austin office. Ron Savarese will lead the business as president, moving from his former role as chief operating officer.
