Lipari Foods, Warren, Mich., acquired Heagy Foods, a specialty deli company headquartered in Lancaster, Pa. The acquisition includes Heagy’s Guernsey’s Gift brand, and will increase Lipari’s eastern Pennsylvania distribution area and expand its portfolio of specialty deli product offerings.
