Matrix Technologies, Inc., Maumee, Ohio, announced an expansion into the Southeast region.

The location will provide multi-discipline engineering, automation and information engineering services.

“We already have several employees and customers located in that area; the next step is to provide an office location that will encourage support among the existing team and to promote further growth,” says David Blaida, president and CEO. “This gives us an opportunity to further build relationships with the current clients as well as expand our reach to new areas. As Matrix has expanded our service offerings to the customer, we recognized it is important to provide operations expertise as well as technical knowledge.”

As a result, Matthew Burton joined as operations manager for the Southeast region.

With the growth of Matrix into the Southeast, the company is looking to create up to 20 new engineering positions in the near term.
