H.I.G. Capital, LLC, Miami, Fla., announced that its portfolio company, Lipari Foods, LLC, Warren, Mich., acquired Troyer Cheese, Inc., Troyer Bros. Trucking Ltd. and Amish Wedding Foods, Inc., collectively, all based in Millersburg, Ohio.

Troyer is a specialty food distributor, manufacturer and processor offering multiple proprietary brands, including Troyer meats, cheeses and deli products and more.
