Global Bakeries, LLC, Pacoima, Calif., acquired Bubbles Baking Co., Van Nuys, Calif.

Bubbles provides frozen cakes and desserts to large grocery stores and commercial retailers nationwide. Chris Botticella, chief executive officer of Global Bakeries, will lead both companies.
