Denmark-based Ellab acquired Hanwell Solutions Ltd., a UK-based manufacturer of wireless environmental monitoring equipment.

Hanwell offers environmental monitoring products, including wireless monitoring and controls, for a wide range of sectors, including food.

Hanwell Solutions will continue to operate as a standalone entity, retaining the name and brand. Ian Robinson, chief executive officer of Hanwell Solutions, will remain in post.
