Sodexo Canada, Canada, and Mikisew Group of Cos., Canada, signed a new joint venture agreement called the Mikisew Sodexo Limited Partnership (MSLP) to give both companies more visibility in the community.
Sodexo Canada and Mikisew have been business partners since November 2011, and operated under the Birch River Site Services brand.
With 200 employees, MSLP will deliver a range of services, including foodservice.
