The Plant-Based Foods Association (PBFA), San Francisco, debuted the Power Plant, what is said to be the first-of-its-kind grab-and-go concept that offers a turnkey solution to delivering plant-based foods on college campuses, in retail and foodservice spaces, airports, hospitals and other destinations nationwide.
