As part of Tyson Foods’ ongoing efforts to meet growing demand for its products and maximize efficiencies, its Enid, Okla., facility on Pine Street is undergoing improvements.
Tyson Foods, Springdale, Ark., closed the plant in April 2017 prior to taking ownership in June 2017 as a result of its AdvancePierre Foods acquisition. The start-up of the plant will create approximately 14 full-time jobs, with the potential to add more positions once in full production, according to Tyson Foods.
The plant will produce ingredients for the company’s prepared foods business.
