During the month of June, SalesLeads identified 2 new food and beverage facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million of more.
The largest project is owned by Ben E. Keith Foods, Fort Worth, Texas, who is constructing a new, 425,000-square-foot office and distribution center in New Brockton, Ala.

Fresh produce company announced 435,000-square-foot expansion to its greenhouse facility in Medicine Hat, AB. Construction is expected to start in the fall.
IOWA:
Specialty farm investing $35 million for the construction of a hydroponic facility in Mason City, Iowa.
NEBRASKA:
Meat products manufacturer investing $95 million on a 107,000-square-foot expansion and equipment upgrade on its Grand Island, Neb., facility. Completion is slated for early 2021.
NEW HAMPSHIRE:
Meat processor investing $26 million for the construction of a 105,000-square-foot processing, warehouse and cold storage facility in Londonderry, N.H. Completion slated for February 2020.
OHIO:
Organic baby food manufacturer to invest $32 million for the construction of a 90,000-square-foot warehouse and processing facility in Heath, Ohio. Completion is slated for January 2020.
PENNSYLVANIA:
Online restaurant supply company to invest $33 million for the construction of a 586,000-square-foot distribution center in Bloomsburg, Pa.
TEXAS:
Produce company started the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 635,000-square-foot hemp growing and processing facility in Monahans, Texas. Completion is slated for this summer.
ARKANSAS:
Peanut processing company to invest $20 million for the construction of a 150,000-square-foot processing plant in Jonesboro, Ark.
MISSOURI:
Specialty food products manufacturer to invest $12 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a processing facility in St. Joseph, Mo.
