The new Powder Mixer PM-FDS from Fristam, Middleton, Wis., provides high-performance blending of highly concentrated, viscous wet or dry ingredients into a fluid stream.
The tabletop unit combines a Fristam Shear Blender to devour lumps and clumps, and provide consistent blending with the suction of a Fristam Twin Screw pump to mix products with viscosities as high as 1,000,000 cps.
The PM-FDS maintains consistent suction on products whose viscosities start at a lower level, but climb past the point where other pumps typically fail.
