Wellshire Farms, Swedesboro, N.J., launched Maple Bourbon Dry Rubbed Uncured Bacon, a thick-cut bacon that features rich, seasonal flavors like maple sugar and salted bourbon.

Maple Bourbon Dry Rubbed Uncured Bacon is gluten, soy and casein free, made with pork that is raised without antibiotics and fed a vegetarian diet and is available in Whole Foods Markets nationwide through the end of the year.
