Chobani, LLC, Norwich, N.Y., announced the participants of its Fall 2019 Food Tech Residency, a program for startups looking to solve challenges along the food and agriculture value chain.

With this program, Chobani will bring tech entrepreneurs to the front lines of food manufacturing to enable them to tap into our operations, supply chain, logistics and quality assurance expertise to build innovative solutions to the industry’s biggest challenges.

Acumen Detection, a Syracuse, N.Y.-based startup, developed a patented on-farm portable laboratory and rapid pathogen identification system that can detect mastitis pathogens in 3 hours or less.

Chobani’s Food Tech Residency is closely tied to its Chobani Incubator program.
