AeroFarms, Newark, N.J., introduced a new line of microgreens under its proprietary retail brand Dream Greens.

Available in Micro Super Mix and Micro Spicy Mix varieties, all Dream Greens microgreens are safely grown indoors, are completely pesticide-free and are ready-to-eat without any need to wash.

“We have had tremendous demand and interest in our microgreens, and we are thrilled to be launching at retail our beautiful, pristine micro mixes that we think will disrupt the leafy greens category with the ultimate in nutrient density and peak favor,” says Marc Oshima, co-founder and chief marketing officer.  

This new line of microgreens is sold at Whole Foods Market locations in the Northeast.
