Lantronix, Inc., Irvine, Calif., announced plans to acquire Intrinsyc Technologies Corp., Canada.

The transaction will bring immediate scale to Lantronix, adding complementary Internet of Things (IoT) computing and embedded product development capabilities and expanding the company’s IoT market opportunity.
