Greene Concepts, Inc., Marion, N.C., acquired Mammoth Ventures Inc., a Venice, Calif.-based holding company. The acquisition includes Mammoth Ventures’ 60,000-square-foot beverage and bottling facility in Asheville, N.C., as well as all bottling equipment, fixtures, inventory and assets.

The Asheville bottling facility has the capacity to produce approximately 8 million cases per year, with room to expand for future growth.
