Rytec Corporation has introduced a new addition to its fabric product line – the Sure-Seal Conveyor Door. This new door is uniquely designed for automated storage and retrieval environments (ASRS). Combining speeds of up to 100”/second and an energy-efficient R-4 insulated panel, it helps maintain secure separation within and between storage areas and conveyor operations.
The Sure-Seal is developed from proven Rytec designs for durability and reliability. Its high-speed functionality ensures minimal air infiltration while a dependable perimeter sealing system provides secure closing. In addition, the standard I/O expansion board and System 4 programming versatility allow seamless integration capability with existing ASRS control and monitoring systems. The Sure-Seal is specially engineered for high cycle applications where reliability and energy savings are critical.
The Sure-Seal conveyor door provides an ideal solution for non-live-traffic interior environments where speed, dependability and low maintenance are essential, and is available in sizes up to 6’ wide by 13’ high.
Rytec Corporation has also introduced a new addition to its Spiral® product line – the Spiral LP. Combining a low-profile side column and headroom configuration, the Spiral LP features a reduced profile allowing it to fit into even tighter spaces than other models.
With side columns requiring only 6.5 inches of side room clearance, the Spiral LP provides a solution for commercial applications – parking, automotive and institutional – challenged with extremely limited space. As a result, high-performance door operation is now assured in locations where conventional sectional and rolling steel doors typically have been used. Full-vision and full-ventilation models are also available.
