Lakeview Farms, LLC, Delphos, Ohio, entered into an agreement with The Cheesecake Factory, Calabasas, Calif., to produce, market and sell The Cheesecake Factory At Home brand refrigerated desserts.

After consolidating three of its production facilities under one roof, Lakeview Farms turned to Leading2Lean to reduce costs and bolster performance.

With NT Logistics’ help, Lakeview Farms has optimized the efficiency of its trucks by combining additional customers with the flow of products.
