In anticipation of the acquisition of Bashas’ Family of Stores later this month, Raley’s has announced that Laura Croff has been promoted to chief human resources officer of The Raley’s Companies, a newly formed enterprise that will oversee the organization’s independent operating divisions.
Raley’s announced the promotion of two key leaders within the organization: Craig Benson has been named Senior Vice President, Head of Technology, and Levi Wingo's is now the company's Vice President of Operations.
Raley’s announced they will provide an appreciation award to every hourly store, distribution center, pharmacy, production bakery and support center team member. The reward amount will be $500 for full-time team members and $250 for part-time team members.
Raley’s announced the promotion of Laura Croff to Senior Vice President, People. Laura is responsible for all aspects of Raley’s human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development, labor relations, compensation and benefits. She will work closely with the Executive Committee to ensure Raley’s continues to elevate a culture that attracts, retains and develops the best teams.
Warner will oversee the company’s regulatory, risk management, food safety, sustainability, corporate strategy, and environmental, social and governance programs.

Raley’s announced the addition of Jennifer (Jen) Warner to the organization’s Executive Leadership Team in the role of Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Raley’s, Warner served as Vice President of Legal at Columbia Sportswear Company, Chief Developmental Officer at AsheWorks Inc., and Global Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, Americas at XPO Logistics.
Raley’s Chairman, Michael Teel, and CEO, Keith Knopf, announced a one-time reward for all hourly employees. This reward recognizes the dedication team members have shown across store operations and other support services throughout the past two weeks.
The remodel began in 2016, with a focus on common areas used by all team members.
