The new line of Sadler’s Smokehouse products is pit-smoked low and slow, using butcher-quality cuts of meat, no artificial ingredients, Texas hardwoods and 65 years of family barbeque tradition.

The location brings a level of innovation and technology even higher than their other global facilities and will enable the company to meet increased demand for their sous vide products for foodservice providers, restaurants, airlines, hotels, and retail businesses.
Cold Creek Solutions is building a 374,560-square-foot cold storage facility in Denton, north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The company has leased nearly 50% of its facility after executing a 15-year agreement with third-party logistics provider, Southwest Warehouse Services.
Yukon Ventures announced its second project in the state of Texas. Blackline Cold Storage has broken ground at the site of their new 298,000-square-foot cold storage facility to be owned in partnership with Artemis Real Estate Partners at the Port of Houston, Texas. The facility will provide approximately 70 new jobs to the area when the first phase of construction is complete on the 36-acre site in TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park.

Sysco and Cargill, two of the world's largest food companies, announced a partnership with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) that will help ranchers in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas and Colorado tackle the impacts of climate change and improve grasslands and wildlife habitat by creating one of the largest sustainable beef cattle grazing efforts in the nation.
A M King has begun construction on a distribution center for Mexico-based GAB Operations in Laredo, Texas. The new 45,590-square-foot facility, when complete, will provide increased cold storage capacity for fresh produce and will serve as a hub for the company’s U.S. and Canadian customers. The project is scheduled to be completed in October.
Robert Taylor announced he will retire from the position of CEO of United Supermarkets, LLC, on March 1, 2021, and Sidney Hopper, president of United Supermarkets, will assume all of the responsibilities of the CEO. Taylor will continue in an advisory role for the company as Executive Vice-President/Senior Advisor.
Cold Summit Development has launched its first project in Dallas, a 343,000-square-foot multi-tenant cold storage facility (“Cold Summit Dallas”). The $60 million project is located at 2800 Cedardale Road on a 29-acre site within the South Dallas industrial submarket.
