The first phase of IWI Kingman will be home to more than 30,000 pallet positions and 43 dock doors. 

There are 27,000 pallet positions and blast freezing capacity planned for the 198,000-square-foot facility. 

The executive vice president at Tippmann Group / Interstate Warehousing will retire from the refrigerated warehousing and construction industries after a 35-year career.

The building will be home to more than 30,000 pallet positions and will feature turret trucks running in very narrow aisles in order to maximize storage space.

Rod Waiters, warehouse supervisor for its growing Interstate Cold Storage (ICS) Columbus II facility, has been named the Employee of the Quarter.

The 148,000-square-foot expansion will bring the total facility size to more than 400,000 square feet.

Blackline Cold Storage has broken ground at the site of their new 298,000-square-foot cold storage facility to be owned in partnership with Artemis Real Estate Partners at the Port of Houston, Texas. The facility will provide approximately 70 new jobs to the area when the first phase of construction is complete on the 36-acre site in TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park.

The rail-connected site is strategically located within the heavy-haul corridor in close proximity to the Barbours Cut and Bayport container terminals and with convenient access to the regional interstate highway system and provides Blackline the land for phased expansion up to 650,800 sf at full buildout.
