Silk and So Delicious Dairy Free are both launching new flavors, with So Delicious getting a packaging revamp. 

The 2023 lineup includes three new flavors in the 1.5-quart premium ice cream line and four new three-gallon ice cream tub flavors for scoop shop and foodservice customers.

The concoction includes gluten-free oatmeal cookies and marshmallow swirls. 

With just three simple ingredients -- purified water, sea salt, oats/almonds -- and no oils or gums, the brand designed the latest offerings to meet the needs of consumers seeking products with fewer ingredients, yet at an accessible price point. 

Violife Just Like Sour Cream (SRP: $4.99) offers a creamy, rich, and tangy taste without the dairy. 

The limited-edition flavor is inspired by Central Perk's Manhattan Mocha coffee, which eagle eye “Friends” superfans may have spotted on the famed coffee shop's chalkboard menu.

The new company is well-positioned for accelerated growth across multiple categories with its innovative portfolio of goat, cow, and plant-based products.

Skyr is a thicker, creamier Icelandic-style organic yogurt that is lactose-free, rich in probiotics and high in protein.  Produced in Pennsylvania, the skyr is made from organic whole milk and sweetened naturally using fruits and cane sugar.

Last year, Bel Brands and DFA partnered to support the adoption of energy-efficient and cost-effective on-farm milk cooling methods.
