Givaudan, Bühler, Cargill, Ital and The Foodtech Hub LATAM have jointly announced the opening of Tropical Food Innovation Lab, an innovation ecosystem for the development of sustainable food and beverages focused on the Brazilian biodiversity.
With this commitment, the FPS and CMP team will continue to strengthen their partnerships with universities and colleges, various government agencies, strategic suppliers, and the food processing customers they serve globally.
New 3,700 square-foot upgrade integrates company’s flavor and ingredient product development capabilities.

The infrastructure upgrade includes the addition of two new flavor creation labs, the expansion of existing food application design labs for dairy, bars, culinary and bakery, and a new lab solely for pet food development.
