The Frozen Food Foundation and the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP), said they presented Dr. Linda J. Harris of the University of California, Davis, with an inaugural "Frozen Food Foundation Freezing Research Award."
A national food safety organization has recognized the University of California-Davis and refrigerated salad processor Fresh Express Inc. for food safety contributions in frozen and refrigerated food applications.
