Stellar, Jacksonville, Fla., said it will provide full design-build services for Keystone Foods' new 185,000-square-foot chicken processing facility in Gadsden, Ala.

Keystone Foods LLC, West Conshohocken, Pa., expects to double frozen chicken and beef processing once it relocates from a 75,000-sq.-ft. plant in Gadsden, Ala., to a larger 184,000-sq.-ft. facility.
