Real estate firm Highridge Provender, Irvine, Calif., purchased a 528,000-square-foot cold storage/food distribution center in Southeast Atlanta from Kroger for $14.5 million.
The Kroger Co. and Roundy's, Inc., announced a definitive merger agreement under which Kroger will purchase all outstanding shares of Roundy's for $3.60 per share in cash.
