 The two cutting-edge cold storage facilities will total 365,000 square feet of infill space.

The first phase of IWI Kingman will be home to more than 30,000 pallet positions and 43 dock doors. 

The 300,000-square-foot warehouse was developed in partnership with Ambrose Property Group and built by ARCO Design/Build.

The new DC replaces an aging facility and will incorporate the latest in leading warehouse technology to increase efficiency in selecting, packing, and loading processes.

With quick and easy access to Interstates 77 and 90, the public refrigerated warehouse will provide its customers with a full range of frozen distribution services.

The 207,285-square-foot cold storage facility in Springdale, Arkansas, will feature over 22,000 pallet positions.

The project is set to break ground on the first phase of construction this spring and will include a 281,849 square foot temperature-controlled warehouse.
