The new gluten-free crust offerings, a first time offering for Palermo’s, are on a thin crust that bakes crispy on the bottom but maintains a soft bite. They are available in two new flavors: Cheese and Roasted Vegetable. The Cheese Pizza has a classic marinara sauce, mozzarella, white cheddar, Parmesan, and Romano cheeses. The Roasted Vegetable Pizza has marinara sauce, red, green and yellow peppers, red onions, and mozzarella, Parmesan, and Romano cheeses.
The new Quest Meat Lover’s Loaded Pizza comes topped with mozzarella cheese, spicy Italian sausage, Canadian style bacon, uncured pepperoni and smoked bacon. The Quest Meat Lover’s Loaded Pizza has 22g of protein and 5g net carbs* per serving, and features a custom-made flourless crust, rich in protein. Each pizza is 270 calories per serving, 810 for an entire pizza.

A new poll of 2,000 Americans found that two in three are reverting to childhood food favorites and eating more comfort food during the pandemic. That includes an uptick in such favorites as pizza (55%), hamburgers (48%), ice cream (46%), French fries (45%), mac and cheese (38%), spaghetti and meatballs (32%) and others.
