To expand its Northwest presence, United States Cold Storage (USCS), Voorhees, N.J., has constructed and now opened a 1.8 million-cubic-foot public refrigerated warehouse in Clearfield, Utah.
Inland Cold Storage (ICS), Riverside, Calif., said it opened its sixth facility, a 4.5 million-cubic-foot frozen warehouse at the Port of Stockton in Stockton, Calif.
Design, engineering and construction services supplier Stellar, Jacksonville, Fla., said it completed a 260,000-square-foot expansion in Tulare, Calif., for United States Cold Storage (USCS).
Merchants Terminal Corp., Baltimore, said it has purchased land to build a 12 million-cubic-feet temperature-controlled distribution center adjacent to the Port of Baltimore's Seagirt Marine Terminal.
