Lineage Logistics, a Colton, Calif.-based warehousing and logistics company sponsored by Bay Grove Capital LLC, San Francisco, contracted with Fisher Construction Group, Burlington, Wash., to build a 216,777-square-foot LEED-certified facility for Titan Frozen Fruit, Salinas, Calif.
Georgia-Pacific (GP), Atlanta, upgraded the testing and development areas of its Innovation Institute to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver certification.
The new facility will address diverse consumer food demands and focus on new product development for the company’s frozen and chilled food product lines.
