Feedstuffs reported that South Korea's Harim Holdings Co. Ltd. won an auction to buy  Allen Family Foods Inc., a  vertically integrated chicken processor in Seaford, Del.

Tyson Foods Inc., Springdale, Ark., said Canadian antitrust officials have approved Tyson's earlier C$105.5 million deal to sell Lakeside Farm Industries.
