CJ Foods, Commerce, Calif., used the National Restaurant Show in Chicago to debut a new Asian foods foodservice business through CJ Omni Inc.

Feel like Asian tonight? Now that next meal is as close as the kitchen freezer. Kahiki Foods, Gahanna, Ohio, extended its entree line with two new offering that feature lo mein noodles: Kung Pao Chicken with Lo Mein Noodles and Pepper Steak with Lo Mein Noodles.
