Friendly's Ice Cream, LLC, the Wilbraham, Mass.-based operator of more than 355 Friendly's restaurants and a manufacturer of ice cream products distributed in 7,500-plus retail outlets, introduced a new line of frozen novelty desserts to supermarket freezers across the Northeast.
It's a new name in frozen novelties but not in the freezercase. Frozen fruit processor Dole Food CompanyInc., Westlake Village, Calif., last month began marketing Dole Fruit Bars.
