The plant was Tetra Pak’s first in the United States, and today the 263,844-square-foot site includes a Global Information Technology hub, a Product Development Center, a Technical Training Center, a warehouse, a packaging material production factory and office space.
By automating this process, these vibratory conveying systems maximize production efficiency, increase throughput and minimize labor requirements while improving sanitation to protect product quality.
All products will be in the new packaging, which is an evolution of the current design, now popping on shelves with brighter colors and more appetizing flavor appeal.
Twin City Foods partnered with Key Technology and installed two VERYX optical sorters at the end of their lines that process both frozen peas and corn.
