Viskase Cos., Inc., Lombard, Ill., signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the equity interests in Walsroder Casings Group, Germany, including its subsidiaries Walsroder Casings GmbH and Walsroder Casings Polska Sp. z o.o.
ViskoTeepak, a Kenosha, Wis.-based manufacturer of cellulose, fibrous and plastic casings for the food industry, acquired Vista International Packaging, LLC, a full-line food packaging supplier to U.S. meat and poultry processors.
