The move-in ready cold storage facility boasts 40-foot clear ceiling heights, a 35,000-square-foot in-place freezer with full height racking, 11 loading docks and two drive-in doors.

 Both facilities are estimated to be completed in early 2025.  

More than 50% of the facility’s space has already been rented to local companies like Orlando Baking Company and Arlington Valley Farms.
