Arla Foods Ltd., a subsidiary of Arla Foods amba, Germany, announced plans to acquire Yeo Valley Dairies Ltd., an England-based subsidiary of the Yeo Valley Group Ltd.
Yeo Valley and Tesco PLC joined forces to develop a new yogurt variety that helps tackle food waste and support FareShare, a UK-based food redistribution charity.
England-based Yeo Valley Farms created Left-Yeovers, a frozen yogurt made using figs (1,120 kg), carrot juice (69 kg) and orange juice (143 kg) with a touch of strawberries.
