Nestlé S.A., Switzerland, and R&R Ice Cream, a European ice cream processor, completed the transaction to create Froneri, a new joint venture in ice cream, frozen food and chilled dairy.

Nestlé S.A., Switzerland, and R&R, a UK-based ice cream processor, created Froneri, a joint venture that employs about 15,000 people in over 20 countries.

UK’s R&R Ice Cream and Nestlé S.A., Switzerland, are in advanced discussions to set up a new joint venture covering ice cream based in Europe and Africa.
