Golding Farms Foods, Inc., a Winston-Salem, N.C.-based manufacturer of private label and branded sauce and condiment products, acquired Arcobasso Foods, Inc., a Hazelwood, Mo.-based manufacturer of refrigerated dressings, sauces and beverage mixers.
The merged company will operate under the Deli Star name.
