Celebrated since 1984, July marks a month dedicated to America's favorite frozen treat.

Gifford’s Ice Cream started making ice cream again at its Skowhegan, Maine, plant for the first time after a fire ripped through production facilities, forcing them to rely on co-packers. 

Perry’s new flavors were developed to meet the trend in nostalgia as consumers seek products that remind them of the past and provide comfort, while offering a modern interpretation.

Increased butterfat makes for a smoother, creamier, more indulgent ice cream that’s packed with all the “good stuff” Perry’s is known for. 

The Decatur facility will be TCCA's first facility outside of Oregon and will be TCCA's only facility solely dedicated to ice cream production.

Hood, the leading dairy brand in New England, has teamed up with Boston-based brand, Wahlburgers, to celebrate National Ice Cream Month and Ice Cream Sandwich Day this summer. Throughout National Ice Cream Month in July, customers who dine in and purchase a Wahlburgers kids’ meal will receive a free Hood Birthday Cake Mini Ice Cream Sandwich.

Hanan, the 75-year-old manufacturer of wholesale whipped toppings, icings, and dessert fillings and original creator of Tasty Whip, is offering Sunrise Supreme, its proprietary vegan soft-serve ice cream--in chocolate and vanilla flavors--to distributors, restaurant chains, and food retailers nationwide.

Cascade Glacier--a foodservice exclusive brand--is offering three new Big Bar flavors including Huckleberry Heaven, Chocolate, and Mango Dairy Free, to go with existing favorite, Vanilla.
