This significant advancement integrates the new M30 R-Series metal detectors and X2 Series of high performing x-ray inspection systems into high-precision C-Series checkweighers, providing customers with maximum flexibility to choose the right system to suit their individual application, packaging and budget requirements.
New Mettler-Toledo DXD and DXD+ dual energy detector technology is optimized for identifying foreign bodies such as calcified bone, low-mineral glass, rubber and some plastics.
Since its launch last year, manufacturers across 20 countries worldwide, who have implemented Mettler Toledo’s GC (Global Conveyor) Series of integrated conveyorized metal detection systems are reporting significant productivity and uptime benefits.

The new Mettler Toledo CI-Vision V15 Round Line smart camera inspection system is designed to confirm the presence, completeness and readability of alphanumeric label information and printed 1D and 2D codes on round packaging and reject those packages not in compliance. Target containers can include food jars, cosmetics and household chemicals containers. This provides an essential protection, since the FDA reports that more than half of packaged product recalls are due to incorrect or unreadable labels and printed codes.
Built for harsh environments, the Mettler Toledo C35 delivers precise weighing results on a stable weighing platform resistant to high-pressure washdown and most caustic detergents. The system frame is designed according to hygienic principles, with easy access for cleaning and sloped surfaces to discourage liquid collection. The system supports speeds of up to 250 packs per minute and a weighing range from 25 g to 7 kg.
The new Mettler Toledo X37 X-ray inspection system series was developed specifically to deliver efficient, cost-effective production line X-ray inspection of products in vertical packaging such as bottles, cartons, cans and canisters. The X37 system provides a highly adaptable solution that provides inspection of individual situations by offering a wide range of features. The new system also features higher-sensitivity sensors, which require lower 20W X-ray generator power consumption to complete its inspections. This eliminates the need for active cooling of the generator and reduces both Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and unit size.
