The plant was Tetra Pak’s first in the United States, and today the 263,844-square-foot site includes a Global Information Technology hub, a Product Development Center, a Technical Training Center, a warehouse, a packaging material production factory and office space.   

The 400,000-square-foot Burleson facility is located adjacent to Interstate 35.

Ground has broken on a brand new 268-acre Class A logistics and cold storage development slated to total up to 3.8 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space.

Open to both Tetra Pak employees and Tetra Pak customers, the center will facilitate robust in-person and virtual training across various topics and equipment lines, including operations, maintenance and quality control, covering everything from key components to processing and packaging to automation.

The new office space, outside of Dallas, will serve as an employee hub and production space.

The site is slated to open in 2026 and will create nearly 400 new jobs.
