The first facility Ti Cold built for Agile was in Macon, Georgia, and was completed last month. 

The facility will implement a low-charge ammonia system and feature over 29,520 pallet positions.

The 142,000-square-foot site, built by Ti Cold, is part of a three-phase project.
 

Ti Cold Development is building a 254,330-square-foot cold storage facility in Reno, Nevada, with 40,000 pallet positions, and a 41,000-square-foot refrigerated dock. Situated within the heart of the infrastructure-invested Tahoe Reno Industrial Center and home to a diverse mix of industries and businesses including world-class brand names in Google and Tesla. This new Reno location offers convenient access to the I-80 corridor and Union Pacific Intercontinental rail line, which is the central logistics corridor to and from the east coast.  

Ti Cold Development, a nationally recognized leader in the cold chain industry, has begun work on a 315,000-square-foot cold storage facility in Phoenix. Upon completion, this facility will feature nearly 40,000 pallet positions, a 60-foot-deep refrigerated dock, 40-foot-deep refrigerated rail dock and -10F to 35F, fully convertible refrigerated / frozen space.
