The first phase of IWI Kingman will be home to more than 30,000 pallet positions and 43 dock doors. 

Beyond its infamous Iced Tea, AriZona has extended its iconic brand into a line of Fruit Snacks, Coffee, Snack Trays and Hard Alcohol. Very soon, consumers will be able to find AriZona in another familiar part of the store … the freezer aisle.

Custom built from the ground up over an 18-month period, the new facility showcases four gelato lines that can create over one million 3-gallon tubs, 15.6 million pints and 26 million ice cream sandwiches per year.

 The 300,100-square-foot facility will serve as one of the largest industrial kitchens in the U.S., enabling Factor to provide more customers with healthy, premium, and convenient ready-to-eat meals right to their doorsteps.

 M Culinary Concepts signed a long-term lease back for the full facility. 

The Phoenix Cold Storage Facility will be a 293,000-square-foot fully convertible freezer and cooler distribution center facility with 40,500 pallet positions.

The office focuses on produce transportation and timely deliveries of fresh fruits and vegetables.

The building will be home to more than 30,000 pallet positions and will feature turret trucks running in very narrow aisles in order to maximize storage space. 

Houweling’s Group has moved to its new Nogales, Arizona, distribution and packing services center. Having outgrown the 18,000-square-foot facility the company operated the last few years, the new 30,000-square-foot facility has 50% more receiving bays, six coolers with the ability to manage three separate climate zones and a cooled packing area.
