More than one-third of grassmilk consumers also purchase fat-free or skim milk, according to industry research. This positions Organic Valley Fat Free Grassmilk to meet the demand for consumers who are searching for a lower-fat option.

Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), Kansas City, Mo., Foremost Farms USA, Baraboo, Wis., and Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA), Novi, Mich., committed to exploring joint ownership and operation of a major cheese processing plant in the Michigan.
The move will reinforce the companies' continuing commitment to pay the highest possible milk price to their milk producers through continuing innovation, efficiency and excellence.
