Tony’s Fine Foods, West Sacramento, Calif., acquired substantially all of the assets of Ideal Food Products, Inc., a Portland, Ore.-based perishable foods distributor.  

VT Hackney, Inc., a Washington, N.C.-based company of VT Systems, Inc., will ramp up the production of its Kidron insulated and refrigerated truck bodies by more than 50% annually thanks to its new production facility in Kansas.
